Specific Responsibilities of the position:

• Responsible for handling the day-to-day operations in Counter Reception while based on the instruction given by Supervisor.
• Handle the vendors' orders, including document submission and exchanging FCR / HBL.
• Inform shipper the status of FCR/ HBL and follow up with shipper if necessary.
• Advise vendor to contact corresponding parties for unsuccessful orders & FCR amendment.
• Sign and acknowledge receipt on a standardized collection form and check all the document are signed by vendor.
• Arrange and organize the internal folders and record the number of documents received.
• Provide additional support the teams if needed.

Measurement / success criteria of the position:

• Good command in communication, coordination, interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service sense
• Good PC skills
• Mandarin is preferred
• Immediate available
