The Accounting Manager is responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of both management accounts and financial accounts of the Company and its subsididaries.

Requirements:

- Must be qualified accountant with degree in accountancy.

- Trained from professional audit firms with over 3 years' managerial experience in commercial sectors, preferrably in real estate industry or HK listed groups.

- Solid experience in HK/PRC accounting, taxation, banking and financing

- Good business acumen

- Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
