Job Description
Subsidiary of a HK listed company with business focus in the operation of 4-6 boutique sized hotels and serviced apartments located in Hong Kong – is looking for an ACCOUNTANT – with details as follows :
- Tertiary education in Accounting/Finance; or equivalent
- 5 to 6 years accounting experience preferably with hotels or serviced apartments
- Experienced in handling accounts payable, receivable, cashbook, general ledger and month end closing and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Accounting System and PMS.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and with strong numerical sense and analytical skill.
- Able to work independently with aggressive working attitude.
- Business level of English and Chinese
- Report to the Senior Finance Manager
- Work in an Accounting Team of 3 members
- •In-charge of full set of accounts
- •Independently handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inter-company transactions, Bank Reconciliation effectively & efficiently.
- •Fully responsible for data entry and data integrity of the Accounting System.
- •Participate in various accounting and finance ad hoc projects.
- •Perform administration support for the team such as filing and other administration tasks.
- No trips needed
- Candidates with more solid experience in hotel/serviced apartments will be considered for the post of Asst Accounting Manager
