Key Responsibilities: 

• Carry out project / investment evaluation for the Group to identify the associated costs, benefits and risks so as to add value to the business
  
  
• Make continuous improvement on financial reporting, both management and statutory reports, in terms of accuracy, quality and efficiency
  
  
• Manage and participate in business strategic planning, annual budget and forecast of the Group, including conducting individual operation reviews and preparing Board papers, consolidation analysis and presentations
  
  
• Liaise effectively with top management of Vitasoy’s operating units in order to successfully complete all financial analyses, project / investment evaluations, forecasts and projections
  
  
• Develop and maintain proper internal control policies and procedures on financial, operation, accounting system and functions for the Group and its operating subsidiaries
  
  
• Coordinate audits and proper filing of tax returns; ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial matters
  
  
• Monitor Group-wide cash flow and treasury activities, develop cash flow reporting and projection to determine the proper and optimum funding structure of the Group and its operating units

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Accounting / Finance
  
  
• Professional accounting qualifications
  
  
• At least 10 years’ progressive experience gained in MNC with strong proven management track record. Exposure in China / overseas plant as well as in food & beverage industry is preferred
  
  
• Strong analytical ability, hands-on working approach, with sound business acumen
  
  
• Solid understanding of the latest listing rules and standard accounting practices, experience in building and evaluating financial / business models and deals
  
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, in particular good writing skills in both English and Chinese
