Job Description

Responsibilities:   

  • Prepare & Handle purchase orders to overseas suppliers.
  • Liaise with overseas suppliers for daily operation work and arrange on time delivery.
  • Handle daily correspondences with Overseas suppliers, shipping forwarders and China office.
  • Communicate with shipping forwarders and arrange inbound / outbound shipments.
  • Responsible for preparing / checking  full set of Import/ Export shipping documents and customs declaration
  • Handle samples and import/export shipments.
  • Provide clerical support to purchase department including assist in data entry, orders placement and system update.
  • Assistance in handling enquiries from vendors, forwarders and oversea office.
  • Assistance to follow-up orders and coordination with USA clients.
  • Handle special assignments arranged by other senior staff.



Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above
  • Must be self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin & PC skills is essential
  • At least 2 years working experience in trading / shipping field is preferable.
  • Knowledge in China and local logistic procedures, License and custom-clearance.
  • Hands-on experience for shipping furniture to USA is an advantage
