Major Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and secretarial support;
• Organize Board and Committee meetings and compile meeting materials;
• Co-ordinate and liaise with schools, universities, medical associations and related parties for the promotion of organ donation;
• Provide support to all the charitable programmes;
• Handle fundraising activities and any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Relevant working experience in NGO, preferably in social services or education sector;
• Meticulous attention to details;
• Self–motivated personality and can work independently with minimum supervision;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing. Proficient in IT and Facebook management is preferred;
• An outgoing personality and be able to deal with people at all levels;
• Good team spirit;
• Prior experience with charitable organization a plus.
