My client is a world-known luxury fashion company and expanding very quickly in HK/Macau Market. They are looking for Associate HR Manager/Senior HR Executive to join their team. This role will report to the HR Manager and oversee the HK and Macau market.

Key Responsibilities:

•          Talent requisitions
•          Manage general staffing process including but not limits to new staff on-board
•          Handle C&B function including payroll processing, maintenance of payroll records, MPF administration, tax filing, checking attendance, leave management and medical insurance administration, etc
•          Maintain employee database and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate
•          Assist in performance review, bonus and commission payments

Requirements:

•          Minimum 5 years luxury fashion experience
•          Solid HR knowledge in Hong Kong and Macau employment ordinances and practices
•          Good problem-solving ability, open-minded, able to work under pressure and have sense of urgency
•          Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
•          Strong communication skills in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
