Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the Chairman.
  • Coordinate the logistics of Senior Management’s and VIP’s overseas trips and itineraries
  • Responsible for arranging meeting schedule, business trips, appointment, travel arrangements, itinerary of senior management.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties proactively and independently
  • Handle personal matters, including confidential correspondence, records, and entertainment functions, etc
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder with 3 years' relevant experience in supporting senior executives in HK
  • Analytical, multi-tasking with excellent interpersonal and strong writing skills
  • Excellent communication & written skills in both English & Chinese, including Putonghua as a mother tongue
  • Strong command in excel and proficient in MS office, traditional & simplified Chinese typing
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • HK permanent ID is MUST
