Our client is a renowned financial institution in Hong Kong with operations globally. Due to business expansion, they are seeking a high calibre profession to join their Internal Fund Management team:

Responsibilities:

• Establish the Offshore Fund of Fund Platform of the group
• Coordinate with Offshore Fund Company to track the daily operations and projects progress.
• Coordinate with subsidiary Fund companies to manage daily operations and projects driving.  
• Coordinate with other Offshore and Domestic Funds Companies or Finance Institutions to design and negotiate to confirm the financing plan basing the project requirements.
• Handle and complete other jobs related to offshore platform establishment and Fund Pool set-up from the Group
• Other Ad-hoc jobs from Superior Leaders

Requirements:

• Degree holder in related disciplines, Strong knowledge in finance, preferably with professional qualification in accounting
• prefer possess fund investment and management qualifications, such as CFA, CPA and etc.
• Familiar with project financing and private equity industry; preferably with strong investor networks
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
