Requirements:

• Diploma in business or related disciplines or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably gained from banking, service industry or property sector
• Outgoing, polite, self-motivated
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented
• Proven English proficiency and good command of Putonghua
• Familiar with PC software e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
• Willing to work on irregular hours, weekends and on public holidays when required

Responsibilities:

• To provide quality customer service include answer customer enquiries and on-site property sales support
• To perform some administrative & clerical work
