Responsibilities:

1. Lead accounting team in HK and report to CFO
2. Take full responsibilities of the accounting functions of the group in HK and work with PRC accounting team to streamline and enhance daily operation effectiveness and efficiency
3. Review financial statements and the consolidated accounts to ensure the compliance to accounting standard and relevant laws and regulations
4. Prepare and review cash-flow projection and ad hoc reports
5. Perform budgeting and financial analysis for monitoring business performance
6. Review and develop internal control procedures and policies and accounting system of the group
7. Liaise with external auditors is required
8. Work with various internal parties to facilitate process efficiency and effectiveness
9. Perform ad-hoc reports/projects as assigned by senior management.

Requirements:

1. Qualified Accountant and degree holder in Finance or Accounting discipline
2. At least 5 years of relevant experience (including 2 years of supervisory role)
3. Listed company experience is a must. Retail Industry experience is preferred
4. Good knowledge of PRC accounting standards, PRC tax and other related regulations
5. Strong computer literacy in Excel (knowledge of Flexsystem is preferred)
6. Able to work independently; pro-active, team player, hardworking and able to work under pressure
7. Good command in English and Mandarin
