Responsibilities:

As our Management Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive 1-year training including on-the-job rotation program in Brokerage Services, Asset Management, FinTech Development and Investment Banking Division.

Brokerage Services
We operate one of Hong Kong’s premier securities and commodities brokerage, providing full-fledged online trade execution and margin financing services.

Asset Management
The division offers one-stop asset management services to serve the various investment and financial planning needs of our clients.

FinTech
We offer an advanced and automated FinTech platform that provides investment advisory services at your fingertips and around the clock.

Investment Banking
Our Investment Banking Group serves regional corporations on a broad range of corporate finance and financial advisory matters.

On completion of the program, selected candidates will be expected to take up executive positions in assigned department and be prepared for management exposure in 2 -3 years.

Requirements:

• Fresh Postgraduate / Undergraduate in Finance, Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration and Applied Mathematics;
• Strong career aspiration & planning in financial services/ securities brokerage industry;
• Pass in HKSI Licensing Exam Paper 1 (plus 7, 8 & 9 for non-finance graduates) is highly preferred;
• Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint skills;
• Basic command/knowledge of C/ C++/ JavaScript/ MySQL/ ASP/ Python will be appreciated but NOT required;
• Excellent command of both written and oral English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is essential;
• Overseas or PRC exposure will be an advantage;
• Possess an analytical mind with strong numerical sense and problem solving skills;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage audiences and to articulate ideas clearly and systematically;
• Initiative, independent, self-motivated and a team player.
