Responsibilities

• Execute daily transactions of mutual funds and prepare relevant reports
• Assist in account opening process and handling clients’ enquiry
• Process daily settlement and reconciliation operations, record client transactions, prepare client statements and settlement reports
• Handle accounts and settlement services request from clients
• Provide administrative and clerical support, such as data input and document filing
• Communicate with internal and external parties
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

 Requirements

• 2 years or above relevant experience, preferably in mutual funds
• Good knowledge on securities market, especially in mutual funds
• HKSFC type 1 representative license is a must
• Proficiency in MS Office and Traditional & Simplified Chinese typing.
• Good command in English and Mandarin.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Immediate available is preferable
