Maintaining, monitoring and optimizing corporate website, FB and mobile app to improve usability and user-friendliness;

Responsible for generating regular insights to enhance website, FB and mobile app performance;

Coordinate with internal design to manage website and FB, mobile app, and online-strategy project lifecycle;

Understand & collect project requirements and define work schedule, tasks and allocate resources for efficient delivery of the project;

Provide support in developing and implementing marketing plans and related initiatives, including member events and activities.
