Job Description
Our Client, one of the largest global engineering consultancies in Hong Kong, is currently recruiting for a Building Services Team Leader / Principal Engineer (Manila & HK)
Position: Building Services Team Leader / Principal Engineer (Manila & HK)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for MEPS design
- Prepare and review design project
- Responsible for supervising and coordinating with drafters and entire team
- Required to work in office and site
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitary design codes and standards in Philippines
- Minimum 15 years relevant working experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitary design in Philippines, preferably in major commercial and industrial infrastructure projects
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications
- Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
