Job Description

Accountabilities

Responsible for planning, programming, monitoring and controlling the building services/ E&M installation
Review of designs, specifications and documents
Supervisory skills in handling repair and maintenance E&M works
Liaise with consultants and contractors

Professional should

Degree or above in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Building Services Engineering
Registered electrical worker (Grade B) will be an advantage
Good personal qualities of integrity, proactive, hardworking and well-organized
Good communication and interpersonal skills (both spoken and written English and Chinese)
Proficiency in PC applications including MS Office and AutoCAD
Minimum 10 years' relevant working experience in building Service. E&M projects maintenance
