Requirements

• Degree in Building Studies / Building Services / Construction / Civil & Structural Engineering or related disciplines
• 5 -  8 years related solid working experience in building renovation and metal works
• Hardworking, strong problem solving skills with customer oriented service attitude
• Proactive, derive to success and able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Good knowledge of PC skills (e.g. MS Office, Project, AutoCAD, etc)
• Candidates with strong working experience will be considered
• Hong Kong Permanent Resident is a must

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and coordinate with clients and sub-contractors
• Review design and change of design during installation whenever necessary
• Control work quality and safety in accordance with the clients' requirements
• Monitor progress of project and report to Senior Project Manager about any critical changes and potential impacts on cost and  / or compliance
