The Job:

• Head of VM department for APAC
• Leading a team for all windows décor. Make sure align with all the HQ team.
• Plan and execute window installation schedule with regional VMs for all stores in APAC
• Plan the projects for windows décor 
• Steam-line and consolidate information across all product categories to ensure clear comprehension and application of VM window rotation guidelines
• Control, update, monitor and manage VM window budget
• Work with HQ and VM on visual aspects of special events

The Candidate:

• Bachelor degree with 7 - 10 years retail window installation experience
• Familiar with Adobe Creative Suites (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
• Positive mentality/attitude is a must
• Good communication skills / both oral and written
• Creative and with strong business sense
