Responsibilities:

• Forecasts Must haves and Key looks.
• Finalises colour palette based on forecasted colour and past colour history.
• Product develops Footwear. Can develop outsoles and uppers using Tech Packs or development packs.
• Develops Print and Pattern and follows through to production.
• Regular communication with Melbourne design team and HK merchandising team.

Requirements:

• At least 6-9 years experience in a related industry.
• Product developer of Footwear.
• Account management skills.
• Trend forecasting.
• Diploma /Degree in Fashion Design or Industrial Design or footwear design, the respective candidate should be qualified from a reputed college e.g. University of arts or HKDI in HK.
• Advance skills in working on Illustrator software is necessary.
• Be able to design graphics and should have footwear technical knowledge (construction / materials / tech pack) is must.
• Good with outsoles designing, by which means who could design the bottom most part of footwear which touches the ground and is able to create ranges for sports, party, casual look for men/women/kids.
• great technical skills/ graphic knowledge, strong in material knowledge and sourcing ability.
• Travelling/communication/independent lead will be an asset.
• Good experience is must. Freshers will not be considered.
• Excellent in English and Mandarin.
• Design portfolio is compulsory for the job application.
