Responsibilities:

• Preparation of tender, job budget, drawings and equipment submission;
• Perform project planning and site supervision;
• Coordinate with clients, main contractors, consultants and sub-contractors;
• Assist to handle existing and take up new DSD/ WSD contracts;
• Participate in other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Environmental/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Building Services Engineering;
• Preferably with Corporate Membership of HKIE;
• At least 3 years relevant experience in handling DSD/ WSD contracts;
• Proficient in using MS Applications and AutoCAD etc.;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Preferably with valid Hong Kong driving license
