Responsibilities:

• Have business relationship and project management for OEM products and production of toys items
• Manage cost and schedule balance to pass the quality requirement.
• Define product quality and technical procedures and ensure that suppliers adhere to agreed specifications and standards
• Monitor production process and review manufacturing methods to match product performance
• Provide ongoing technical serving support during the course of the product development and production cycle for type of customers.
• Work with factory engineers to develop the qualified product design

 Requirements:

•  Polytechnic or University graduate in Engineering
• At least eight years of experience in engineering and part design as well as three years of managerial experience
• Good knowledge of international toy product safety requirements
• Good business sense and outspoken
• Self-motivated and hands-on
• Willing to work in factory environment
