Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, generating the production forecast.
• Trouble shooting in production operation.
• Improve, optimize and sustain process capability and SOP. 
• Meet production output in tight schedule.
• Inventory control of consumables and parts.
• Production schedule planning and manpower allocation.
• Maintain production machines in tip-top condition for production.
• Arrange training for different teams.
• Reduce production cost.
• Station in Shunde, PRC.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any engineering discipline. 
• Fluent in speaking and wirting of Mandarin and English.
• Minimum 5 years working experience with at least of 2 years experience in managerial level and at least 3 years factory expience in China.
• Knowledge in ISO, Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma would be a plus.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated, committed, mature, deatil oriented and a good team player.
• Pleasant personality with strong leadership ability.
• Able to interact with staff of all levels, capable to remain flexible, proactive and efficent even under presuure.
• 5 day work, work in shift from Monday to Sunday.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Production Manager.
