Part of a well-recognized hospitality group, this prestigious dining concept is looking for a passionate Sous Chef who live and breathe creativity and have exceptional attention to detail. Experience in Japanese cuisine is mandatory, especially at such a high level. The right candidate will have strong leadership skills and is able to train and mentor the kitchen team. As a front-runner, communication is key. You will have good command in English and have proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
