Job Requirements:

• At least 6-8 years working experience specializing in operating restaurants / pubs, preferably in the same position for over 5 years.
• Responsible, patience, a strong team leader.
• Good administration skills on handling paper work such as duty roster, attendance report, daily sales report, hygiene report, etc…
• Strong personality, excellent customer service skills, able to lead and direct the team.
• Result oriented; not only to achieve but to exceed our target sales for the restaurant.
• Ability to train the team.
• If you have pre-opening experience, it will be an advantage
