Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily IT operation & end-user support
• Perform Window system administration, hardware setup and configuration, performance monitoring and capacity planning
• Provide technical support for users and identify root cause to problems. Maintain track record of reported incidents and provide regular updates to users
• Documentation on user guide and technical menu/procedure
• Execute daily backup and restore
• Assist in hardware/ networking/ software monitoring, change management and release management
• Assist in various projects’ rollout and implementation
• Wi-Fi and Mobile devices support

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Computer Science/Information Systems Management or related discipline
• Minimum 3 year of solid experience in IT support role
• Professional certificate of MCTS/MCITP/CCNA is an advantage
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft AD, DHCP, DNS, Windows Cluster, Exchange 2003/2007/2010, Sharepoint, Netbackup, Hyper-V and VMWare
• Proactive and self-motivated team player with good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
