Job Responsibilities

1. Design and manage the IT infrastructure in Hong Kong and Shenzhen including servers, storage, networking , database and security systems
2. Improve the availability and performance of the IT infrastructure
3. Plan and manage growth of compute, storage and bandwidth capacity
4. Formulate IT policies, standards and procedures
5. Manage and improve the security posture of the IT infrastructure
6. Formulate and manage the IT disaster recovery plan
7. IT budgeting and execution
8. Manage vendor relationships

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
2. Over 3-year managerial experience on IT post
3. Strong project management skills covering all aspects of IT project management.
4. Data Center Management – sound understanding of data center best practices, including capacity planning, infrastructure management and colocation vendor management
5. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global team members
6. People management skills
7. Able to demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills
8. Solid experience on Linux and Windows server/client platform
9. Familiar with Oracle DB, MySQL DB and MSSQL DB
10. Knowledge in virtualization technologies, VMware and SAN
11. Experience in TCP/IP networking, firewall, and VPN
12. Fluent in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
