Job Description:          

• Provide helpdesk/Field service/on-call support to our retails outlets, warehouse and office during operation hours
• Handle network, hardware and software installation
• Trouble shooting and problem analysis

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 / HKDSE or above
• Sound knowledge of PC setup and internet service operation
• Willing to learn, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Immediately available is an advantage
• Fresh graduates will be considered
