Responsibilities:

• Create and execute QA strategies for all projects and customization developments
• Execute and monitor testing via manual and automated techniques
• Manage QA resources and timelines with project management teams
• Design and execute test plans and test cases to assure quality and suggest potential improvements
• Monitor and assist the team to work on the right track
• Work on projects simultaneously

 Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years working experience in software Quality Assurance
• Strong analytical, problem solving, project and team management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, mature and able to work independently
• Good command in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin will be an advantage
