Responsibilities:

• Manage IT development projects in various business areas
• Cost and schedule management in IT solution delivery
• Manage in house and vendor developers to ensure the delivered solution can meet the budget, time-line, and quality objectives in alignment with business strategy
• Provide proactive consultancy to business users in formulating IT solution that can help business to capture revenue growth, improve customer experience and operational efficiency

 Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
• 5 years working experience in software development and vendor management
• Experience in projects of web/mobile app related
• Strong analytical, problem solving, project and team management skills
• Good command in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin will be an advantage
