Our client, a Financial Institution, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Responsibilities:-

• IT related technology planning, development, and management of the day-to-day IT operations of the Company covering various functional units including application development, IT infrastructure and operation, IT architecture and governance, technology risk management and services support management.
• Development and implementation of application development methodology, quality assurance plan, problem management and change management procedures in compliance with related regulations and requirements.
• Overseeing other IT related administrative activities including resources planning and budgetary control.
• Maintaining adequate infrastructure of the Data Centres (including backup sites) and business continuity plan, and directing contingency drills to minimize the threats to the operations.
• Developing the Company in accordance with the long term strategic directions.

Requirements:-

• Applicants should have a recognized degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines with at least 20 years of IT experience preferably in financial institutions of which at least 5 years at management level.
• Good knowledge of Banking Settlement, Clearing, Payment or relevant Settlement systems in Hong Kong.
• Good command in written Chinese and English. Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua are essential.
