Responsibilities:

• Responsible for eCommerce projects and contribute to the growth in Asia
• Oversee the operation system and functionality of the online shops
• Liaise with internal partners and other third party vendors to deliver agreed project plans
• Propose solution per agreed upon scope, schedule and budget targets
• Share ideas with colleagues and constantly strive for solutions for continuous improvement in the business
• Provide training to local eCommerce team to operate the shop administration
• Prepare reports to measure the performance of online shops

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business, IT, Digital or eCommerce with at least 3 years working experiences in related roles/ environment
• Experience in digital and eCommerce solution
• Familiar with online shop and e-marketplaces operation
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to interact and build relationships at all levels
• Strong analytics skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese/Mandarin
• Proficient with MS Office: Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint ; Knowledge of Photoshop/ HTML/ Web Page Design/ Google Analytics/ Internet Technology
