The Role

• First- and Second Level support to employees in Hong Kong and Shenzhen
• Maintain Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure (Group Policies, AD groups, user administration)
• Maintain Microsoft Exchange and SharePoint server
• Manage IT suppliers (procurement of hard- and software)
• Monitor IT infrastructure (check anti-virus status, firewall settings, ensure file server backups)
• Manage software deployment and updates
• Other ad-hoc IT assignments

The Person:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or IT related disciplines
• Fresh graduates welcome
• Customer-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Active Directory
• Basic understanding of network infrastructure
• Profound Microsoft Office knowledge
