Responsibilities:

• Vetting of tender or contract documents;
• Preparation of contractual claims and assist in dispute solving;
• Preparation of Sub-Contract documents and checking of Sub-Contractor' s Final Account;
• Measurement, valuation of variation works, and settlement of Final Accounts with Employer/ Main Contractors

 Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline;
• At least 5 years relevant experience in E&M field;
• Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or the Hong Kong Institution of Surveyors (HKIS) is an added advantage;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills;
• Be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, highly motivated, a good team player;
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight working schedule

Candidate with less experience will be considered as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor
