Job Duties

• Perform IT desktop for first line end user support
• Responsible for system installations, maintenance and IT support for office
• Maintain Website and system backup
• Configure security settings or access permissions
• Provide help desk troubleshooting service
• Analysis and design reporting on MSSQL 2003 server

Experience, Requirements & Skills:

• Diploma holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
• 1-2 years or above relevant IT experience
• Holder of Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) is an advantage
• Experience in Linux/Windows server administration and VMware
• Experience in PHP
• Good knowledge of database administration (MySQL and MS SQL)
• Can work independently, self-motivated and problem solving skills
• Immediate available is highly prioritized
