Job descriptions:

• Support day-to-day activities timely and ensure consistency of works.  Response to ad-hoc issues
• Maintain a stable environment for the Windows Server, Desktop and OA devices and ensure the patches are deployed per schedule
• Provide technical solution on hardware, system software and security for business and infrastructure projects and arrangement of resources to support their development, testing and rollout
• Follow IT Infrastructure policy/standard/baseline
• Oversee specific platforms in the server, desktop, mobile device life cycle. Inventory update for Windows server, client front end such as desktop and OA devices

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science / Tertiary education in computer studies
• MCSE preferred
• Over 4 years experiences in the capacity of IT support
• Self-initiative
• Conversant with the latest IT technology and adaptable to the security requirements in Banking and Finance industry
• Hands-on experience in Windows Server/Desktop, Active Directory, SCOM, SCCM, SQL, IIS, Terminal Services, Citrix, HP Insight Manager, McAfee, Netbackup and VMWare, Office/Outlook, File & Print, Browser, Virtual Desktop, SQL, IIS, Citrix, Client Emulation, VPN
• Knowledge in Java and Visual Basic Script
• Knowledge in remote branch, trading room, dealing systems and multimedia support
• Reasonable knowledge on DNS, WINS, DHCP, TCP/IP, firewall, proxy
• Solid command of written and spoken English
• Solid interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Solid in problem solving, support and outgoing
• Solid documentation and presentation skill
