Responsibilities:

• Handle, examine and settle Accident & Health claims according with Company philosophy and guidelines
• Comply with claims instructions and provide quality work effectively and efficiently
• Handle claims related enquiries from the policyholders, brokers or relevant parties
• Provide support and direction to the subordinates
• Support manager to enhance service standards and to improve performance
• Maintain positive relationship with all stakeholders
  
  

Requirements:

• Professional qualification such as ACII or ANZIIF in an advantage
• With at least 2 years working experience in Accident & Health claims, Travel claims is preferred
• Candidates with less experience would be considered as Claims Examiner
• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Self-motivation and self-discipline
• Good command of written & spoken English and Cantonese and able to speak fluent Putonghua.
• PC literate in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
