Our management/marketing trainee Program is specifically aimed for potential university graduates wishing to become proficient in management and strive for success. We aim to cultivate young talent who possess leadership qualities to become strong management leaders. In this role, you will :

• Involve in a two-year training program on different aspects divided into four major areas, marketing, sales, operation and business development, recruitment
• Assist in planning and executing all aspects of marketing and business development, including promoting brand image, and coordinate with external parties on promotion campaign
• Provide consultative needs analysis to potential clients;
• Obtain overseas training opportunities, content include international recognized effective communication course. 

Preferred skills and qualifications:

• Master Degree holder. Fresh Graduates are welcomed.
