Responsibilities:

• Prepare and handle presentation, proposals, drawing, quotation, tender submission and sample material
• Assist and support Operation Manager and Project Manager
• Manage Display Props, Windows, Road shows & Event Installations
• Monitor project progress, ensure quality standards while meeting time and budget frame
• Coordinate design requirements & follow-up clients' requests
• Program the design phase and set targets and milestones for consultants, monitor their progress and ensure achievement within the agreed time frame
• Oversee and monitor project schedule and alert team member of critical timeline and targets
• Liaise with clients, contractor, suppliers and other consultants
• Understand the needs of customer, advise customer of the most suitable proposal
• Maintain excellent account relationship with clients and prospects
• Maintain and update information on company website and social medias
• Maintain and update project files and database
• Occasional travel to the Mainland
• Outdoor work, occasional overtime and work in odd hours

Requirements:

• Diploma or certificate holders in Design / Exhibition / Interior design or other related disciplines
• Proficient in Illustrator & Photoshop is a MUST
• Relevant experience in Production / Graphic Design / Exhibition / Luxury brands of fashion, jewelry, accessories or company Engineering or related industries is essential
• Self-motivated, pleasant personality, able to work independently and under pressure
• Meet tight schedule and willing to work overtime when necessary
• Good communication skill and client handling skill
• Good command of Cantonese, Putonghua & English
• Fresh Graduate & Candidates with less experience 2 yr relevant experience will be considered as Assistant Project Executive
• 5.5 Days Work
