Responsibilities:

• Compose regular reports to track sales performance and other key KPIs
• Liaising with other Product team members on NPD tracking and monitor new products' sales performance post market launch
• Drawing from various sources to build information library on competitors, market trends and consumers
• Conduct ad hoc analysis and combine with qualitative research to build business cases
• Participate in strategic project roll-outs

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Business Administration or other related disciplines
• 3 years or above experience in demand planning or related roles, with experience in FMCG, Fashion Accessories and/or Luxury Retail industries is preferred
• With basic understanding of information system
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese word processing
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a must
• With analytical mindset, detail oriented and able to present key findings to an array of audiences
• Willing to learn, self-motivated with good interpersonal skill, independent and responsible
