Responsibilities:

• Ensure the implementation of quality management systems in production and related parties, and maintain relevant documentation.
• Maintain and improve product quality, communicate and coordinate with internal parties on quality control issues
• Ensure all food packaging labels compliance to regulations of HK FEHD and export countries
• Handle customers’ complaints, investigate on the cause of problem and propose corrective actions and preventive measures
• Support and facilitate audits and regulatory inspection
• Prepare regular reports, and participate in ad hoc projects and other assigned duties

Requirements:

• University degree in Food Science/Nutrition or related discipline
• 2-4 years’ relevant experience in food manufacturing industries
• Knowledge of ISO22000 / BRC and food regulations of HK and export markets
• A self-starter and detail-oriented person, with good interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to solve problem and work under pressure
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English as well as computer applications
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as QA Technician
