Job Description
You will be looking for building and interior material and monitor the production cycle with our suppliers. The key focus areas for the position are the following:
- Source for new suppliers and communicate with existing suppliers in China.
- Preparing quotation and follow up sampling to our overseas customer
- Negotiate the best price with supplier.
- Monitor procurement schedule.
- Quality checking on finished products.
- Arrange for container stuffing with our PRC logistic team and prepare for specification.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Good sense in understanding different products.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Precise attention to detail, follow-up and sense of urgency skills.
- Good negotiation and communication skills and tactful in global and local suppliers management
- Very structured and organized.
- Ability to multi-task, work independent & manage deadlines simultaneously.
Working hours can be half day with five days week or 3 full days per week.
