Job Duties:

• To manage the projects on :

Formulation of the Manufacturing Restricted Substances List (MRSL) that published under the Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals (ZDHC) program through working with customers and internal stakeholders. It includes the identification of the acceptable limits and monitoring of the presence of banned substances in chemical formulations that used within the manufacturing facilities.

Addressing the issues that stand out from the Higg Index 2.0 of the Sustainable Apparel Coalition and act towards its requirements to bring up the company’s sustainability performance in environmental, social and labour aspects.

• To prepare and publish the Group Annual Sustainability Report with reference to customers’ requirements and industry guidelines;
• To liaise with internal stakeholders to develop their sustainability strategies;
• To review the customers’ requirements that lay down on the Environmental Manuals of the Textile and Apparel industry and to identify the potential safety risks; to alert and provide advices to management team and follow up with preventive and corrective actions, if any;
• To assess, provide advices maintaining and/ or improving the sustainability performance of Clover’s operating facilities;
• To foster a culture of sustainability through organizing internal workshops, seminars, meetings and trainings and ongoing organizational communications and education;
• To set up, develop and maintain database and repository for all sustainability initiatives and projects;
• To assist the planning and implementation of the Corporate Social Responsibility program
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Environmental Management/ Engineering, CorporateSustainability/ CSR or relevant disciplines
• At least 3 years experience in Sustainability and Environmental/ Energy Management
• Solid working experience in environmental/ safety management, with certifications like ISO 14001/ OHSAS 18001 and EHS legislations/ GRI reporting preferred
• Exposure in dealing with different stakeholders including government authorities, non-government organizations, corporations, and the general public
• Excellent command of both English and Chinese
• Mature, self-motivated, flexible and able to work independently
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills 
• Occasional travel to PRC is required
