The position works closely with clients in the region, Creative Production division, engineering / plant staff of our printing and packaging vendors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Daily operations which includes but not limited to printing arrangement, schedules, monitoring day-to-day printing operations. 
• Communicate with customers, suppliers and internal Sales teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials for printing /Gifts items, POSM and installation
• Quality check the print & packaging, gifts, POSM and installation items, and prepare reporting
• Cost estimation and cost control, full range of packaging handling
• Printing and Order management for various projects.
• Work with PMC ,Sales Development, customs agents, warehouse staff, shipping companies, and customers to perform both receiving and outgoing shipping/order activities
• Determine method of shipment by utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, rates and routes Compute and track shipping cost and seek ways for continuous improvement on efficiency and cost
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements

Job Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of working experience in printing and procurement in the production field. 
• Knowledge in ISO compliance. 
• Good computer knowledge - familiar with PC. 
• Attention to details is a must. 
• Possesses problem solving skills with positive and can do attitude. 
• Team player and willing to listen. 
• Assertive and willing to adapt to changes.  
• Able to handle pressure and meet tight schedules. 
• Good communication skills. 
• Travel to PRC is required. 
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
