Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to Corporate Sales team such as preparing sales reports, quotations and Sales & Purchase Agreements
• Assist in order processing & issuing debit notes
• Monitor the delivery schedules and payment
• Undertake other ad hoc assignments

 

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent
• Minimum 1 years or above of working experiences in corporate gift and preferably gained in jewellery industries
• Conscientious, self-motivated with strong organization skills
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word-processing
