Responsibilities:

Assist in organizing external and internal events, drafting speeches and press releases, copywriting and production of corporate communications materials, maintenance of corporate website and contact database, handling of media inquiries as well as designing and implementing branding and publicity programmes.

Requirements: 

• University graduate in English/ Translation/ Journalism/ Public Relations or related disciplines
• at least 5 years’ relevant experience in corporate communications, corporate affairs, media relations or branding, acquired from sizable corporations/listed companies, either in-house or with an agency
• experience in producing annual/interim reports and organizing press conferences or events preferred
• familiarized with managing social media as communication platform
• interested in community issues and community affairs
• proactive, self-motivated, conscientious, flexible and a team player
• strong interpersonal, communications and organizing skills
• excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with high proficiency in bilingual writing/translation; the ability to speak Putonghua is an advantage

 Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Officer.
