Reporting to Development Manager, the incumbent is responsible for the implementation of sustainable fundraising strategies for Orbis which draw on the resources and build awareness within the school segment of organizations team, with the goal of maximizing support for Orbis fundraising objectives.  

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Liaise with schools and related parties to plan and execute fundraising campaigns. Evaluate campaign results and assist in the preparation of campaign analysis.
2. Develop online and digital education materials and marketing campaign to promote the awareness of Orbis in school segment.
3. Daily management and maintenance of online marketing campaigns on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, etc. Prepare and analyze report data and look for optimizing opportunities to overall effectiveness in online marketing campaigns
4. Promote Orbis’s mission by delivering talks and presentations at schools.
5. Solicit gift-in-kind donation for fundraising campaigns.
6. Follow up stewardship recognition and loyalty plan for donors in school segment.
7. Coordinate group volunteers for Orbis activities.
8. Assist in other fundraising events within the team and participate in other Orbis activities as requested.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• University graduate in marketing, business administration, social science, communications or related disciplines
• 1-2 years of working experience in marketing management or project management 

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Highly self-motivated, creative and well-organized
• Proactive with can-do attitude
• Attention to details and able to meet deadlines
• Experience in online marketing and social media platforms is an advantage
• Proficient in computer applications including MS Office, Chinese word processing, Photoshop and video-editing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently with limited resources and under pressure
