Customer relationship maintenance:

1. Be responsible for client satisfaction.

2. Maintain relationship with clients by providing support and information

Coordination:

1. Support sales executive for all client communication, service, conflict resolution, complaint, claim and

client inquiries

2. Co-work with merchandising, design and R&D team to follow up projects

3. Provide regular two-way communication between the client and factory (or our merchandising team)

Execution:

1. Issue all orders on ERP&EIP system and follow up.

2. Handling of OEM & ODM projects

3. Prepare reports or market research by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

4. Assist sales executive to prepare proposal to customers

5. Prepare quotation and business documents.
