Position Description

Responsible for increasing the sales revenue, profitability and market share in the assigned territory by selling and promoting the assigned products.  Promote and sell the products to medical professionals in both public and private sectors with mastery of products knowledge and their associated clinical application.  Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses and non-clinical decision makers.  Assist in implementing sales and marketing programs to achieve business objectives.  Collect market intelligence and customer feedbacks for identify new business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales and marketing activities in the assigned territory
• Achieve sales target and maximize market share by selling and promoting assigned products
• Demonstrate an excellent knowledge of the product range and a sound understanding of the associated medical discipline
• Provide product training to physicians and nurses
• Provide timely on-site technical support & troubleshooting
• Follow-through on customer requests and commitments
• Manage and develop strong relations with the existing customer and acquire new customers for new accounts
• Plan, forecast and track all progress and results in a timely and objective manner
• Assist in develop and maintain sales plan
• Assist in identifying key trend directions, establish pricing, promotion and distribution strategies, and execution plans to achieve KPIs and objectives
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes

Education and Experience

• Degree Holder in Science, Life Science, Biochemistry or related discipline
• Experience in peripheral intervention will be advantageous
• Minimum 2 years' solid experience in related field is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish high quality consultative relationships with leading medical specialists
• Proven track record to meet performance goals and develop new opportunities using innovative strategies
• Self-motivated and is able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and & Mandarin
