Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical support to the sales team
• Contact with clients and assist in handling related documents
• Assist in preparing correspondence
• Handle phone calls & mail
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned.

Requirement:

• Certificate or above, formal secretarial/commercial training an advantage
• 1 year or above relevant experience preferably in Engineering company
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in using MS Office, Excel, Power Point & Chinese Word Processing;
• Independent, detail – conscious & organized
• Immediate availability is preferred.
