• Preferably graduate from IVE or Polytechnic in textile or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years’ hands-on experience in paper pattern making, grading, sewing & fitting
• Sound knowledge of garment construction and production process
• Strong technical knowledge for all garments including woven, knit & sweater
  
• Able to provide technical advices / solutions to solve the quality issues and production problems arising from the stages of sampling till to bulk production
• Experienced in communication with overseas technical team and buyers
• Experienced in handling high fashion for US market
• Trading or buying office background is preferable
• Good command of spoken and written English & able to communicate in Mandarin
• 5.5 day work per week is required for this position
